Uke move behind Tori. Tori walks forward (left, right, left). Uke follows (left, right), then suddenly a quick tsugi-ashi step: right - left. Uke grabs around Tori's arms (fig. 1).
Tori throws Uke with a right Ippon seoi nage (fig. 2). While Uke lands on the mat, Tori kneels down on his right knee.
Tori shouts and strikes Uke between his eyes (at Uke's uto) with the little finger side of his right hand (fig. 3). Tori must strike immediately after the throw, so Uke cannot escape.
Tori and Uke return to their positions. Uke turns around and picks up the knife as in the Idori section.
