Iwa-nami (Wave on the Rocks) As both Tori and Uke goes up on their feet, Tori feints a blow with the back of both his hands from below against Uke´s chin. This feint is called Kasumi (mist, haze) in Japanese. This is similar to Ryű-setsu Tori grips Uke´s both lapels. Tori throws Uke with Yoko-wakare like in Yume no uchi.
