Mi-kudaki (Body Smashing)

Tori and Uke stand almost as in Tai, in the Omote section. The difference is that Tori stands closer to the centre of the mat. The reason is that Uke should not fall outside the mat.

Uke approaches Tori as in Tai.

Tori grips Uke´s left wrist with his right hand and lifts it. Tori lifts his left arm across Uke´s chest. He presses his elbow into Uke´s left armpit. His little finger on his left hand is upwards. They move like in Yume no uchi. Tori falls backwards and pulls Uke with him while twisting to the left. While twisting, Tori must keep his left elbow pressed into Uke´s left armpit. Otherwise, there will be a space between Tori and Uke, and the throw will not be effective.

Tori throws Uke with Yoko-wakare / Yoko-sutemi-waza.
